The following are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping and return policy, which apply to orders at www.berg-blume.dk and berg-blume.com.

DELIVERY

We ship worldwide and offer free worldwide shipping.

All shipments are carried out with either DHL, FedEx, GLS or PostNord, and are fully traceable. 

After accepting and confirming your order, you will receive an order confirmation and we will ship the order within 1-3 days. Please note that shipping and deliveries will not be available on weekends and / or holidays.

Orders outside Denmark will either be delivered to a parcel delivery point of your choice or delivered to your address.

In all our transactions, Berg & Blume Jewellery reserves the right to suspect fraud and force majeure. Should any of the above conditions arise, we reserve the right to cancel an order in whole or in part. Should any of the above conditions arise in connection with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

In case of delays, backorders or sold out items, we strive to inform you about this as soon as possible and what we can do in the case - e.g. give you the money back, or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

We accept payment with all current payment cards, ie. Dankort, Visa, Mobilepay, Mastercard, AMEX and more. In addition, it is possible to use PayPal. We do not charge card fees, and payment will be charged once the order is shipped.

The payment is conducted via NETS (the redeemer). Payment is made via an SSL-encrypted connection and PCI-certified server environments. Data can never be seen or accessed by anyone other than you as a customer - and NETS as a redeemer. The payment system complies with all applicable international standards and laws.


TAXES AND DUTIES

All prices are including Danish VAT of 25%. Depending on the location of your shipment additional local customs and duty fees may apply. You, the purchaser, will be liable for all import duties, customs and local taxes levied to your country. We will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We kindly advise that you familiarize yourself with any import duties, customs and local sales taxes as well as rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products applicable to the destination of your package.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL 

We are proud of our jewellery and stand by the quality and value of our product. However, we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. 

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. 

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to let us know that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to customerservice@berg-blume.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.

 

CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURN POLICY

For Christmas gifts, we have extended the cancellation period until 10 January.

  

RETURNING 

Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Please send the product in the original packaging and remember to get a tracking number or alternatively a receipt for the shipment. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. Save the postal receipt, including information on postage.

 

THE CONDITION OF THE ITEM WHEN YOU SEND IT BACK

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

 

REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. IWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you - including delivery costs - no later than 14 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement. This does however not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer.

You will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note! We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery or similar.

  

SOLD OUT ITEMS

We do our best to always ensure that the availability of jewelry is clearly stated on the website, but as we are a small business, our stock is limited.

In the unlikely event that the jewelry you have ordered is sold out and it is not clearly stated on the website, we will contact you as soon as possible. We can then find an alternative or let you know when the jewelry is back in stock.

 

RETURNED ORDER DUE TO UNREDEEMED PACKAGE OR WRONG ADDRESSES

Please note that we can only resend an order once without any fees. In the event that the package is not redeemed or not delivered and returned back to us, you will be charged the shipping fee if you want the package sent to you again. Alternatively, we will refund your order amount minus return costs.

For non-delivered packages to incorrect addresses, we will not resend your order if the address is the same as you originally provided.

 

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

The purchase is subject to the Danish Purchase Act when you shop with us as a consumer, including the rules on defective goods. The Purchase Act allows you for a period of 2 years after the purchase to have a defective or defective item repaired, exchanged, refunded or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

The claim must, of course, be substantiated, and any defects must not have arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other conduct that has caused damage.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the error. If you complain within two months after the error is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If a product is returned due to a legitimate claim, we will refund any reasonable postage you may have incurred when returning the product. We need the receipt for the postage cost.

The item must always be sent back in proper packaging.

We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address. When you return the item, please enclose a detailed description of the problem.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

In order to process the transaction and delivery, we must know your name, your address, your e-mail, your telephone number and the necessary delivery requests, which will be given to GLS or PostNord to ensure correct delivery of your product.

We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you. This data is stored together with information about which products you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates (see the Accounting Act § 10). The information will then be deleted. The purpose is solely to deliver your products. We also need the information in case of return and complaint.

The personal information is registered with Berg & Blume Jewelery ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

The data responsible for berg-blume.dk is Berg & Blume Jewelery ApS.

As a customer, you have the opportunity to gain insight into our registration of data about you, and you can object to registration in accordance with the rules of the law on processing personal registration. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: PersonData@berg-blume.com.

Information is only provided to third parties for payment, technical issues, delivery or marketing.

PAYMENT with Klarna: In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
